All dogs must be on a leash or under their keepers' voice control and may not run at large.
Winter Harbor contracts with the Small Animal Clinic in Ellsworth to board stray animals.
The Animal Waste Control Ordinance, adopted February 27, 2013 requires that owner's clean up after their animal on any sidewalk, street, beach, public property or private property (other than the property of the owner of the animal or of a person who has consented to the presence of the animal on his/her property.)
Please report any Animal Control issues to the Animal Control Officer or another Police Officer.
