Building activity in Winter Harbor is regulated by numerous Ordinances, which are administered by the Planning Board and the Code Enforcement Officer (CEO). The CEO handles all aspects of building permits, set back regulations and building inspections. The Building Permit Form may be obtained at the Town Office or by clicking the form title below. A fee of $10.00 is required when the Building Permit is submitted. Failure to obtain a permit and other violations of the various Ordinances carry penalties.
