Winter Harbor administers a General Assistance program as required by State law. Cathy Carruthers is the General Assistance Administrator. Applications are available at the Town Office, during regular office hours or by clicking on the link below. An Ordinance is used to determine eligibility for assistance, and it is approved and updated by the Board of Selectmen every October. Any and all information given is confidential.
